New Guy, Jumping Into the Vancouver Washington Market (Portland)
Well, I guess its time I got around to this. I've been a member for nearly a year now, and in that time I've been absorbing all I can, saving money, and generally lurking in the BP shadows haha.
I'm in my mid 20's, recently graduated and working in my chosen profession as a Mechanical Engineer. I have diverse interests, but real estate investing has been a part of the plan since I read my first Kiyosaki book at the age of 15. Current game plan is BRRRR, but I'm always trying to expand my horizons so I can take what the market gives me.
I'm in a comfortable position now to get the ball rolling, and I've just started reaching out to people in my local Real Estate Community. If you're local to Vancouver shoot me a message and I'd love to chat!
