New to the business in Madison, AL
After a good deal of thinking and studying, I've decided to take the plunge into real estate investing. I'd like to start with wholesaling and eventually work my way into mobile homes, pre-foreclosures, single family home rentals, etc. I don't have a ton of capital, but it's my understanding that wholesaling is a low capital strategy that is effective in building capital. Any insight or advice from anyone experienced in this business is welcome and appreciated.
