I am eager to learn  and bring my time, motivation and due diligence to the table.

1 Wholesaling- building capital

2. Flipping

3. Multi-family (buy and hold)

    Ashleigh, welcome to Bigger Pockets.  I recommend learning all you can from the BP guides and podcasts. Consider joining one of the local real estate investors associations.

    Welcome to BP.

    Are infinite options of mentors in this space. The most important thing is you being committed to figuring out REI NO MATTER WHAT. You can fall down 1000x you'll need to pick yourself back up and have faith that you can make it.
    Second is only learn from those who are actually doing what you want....actively-boots on the ground.

    If you follow those two things you'll do just fine.
