Hello all, 

As a new investor thats looking to start flipping in the near future I'm hoping to join a local REIA. Does anyone know of any in Washington D.C. , Virginia, or Maryland? Please advise.

We host a meetup in Falls Church on the third Wednesday of every month.  We would love to have you out.  Tons of new and experienced investors to network with.  There are also some great Bigger Pockets meetups.  The BP meetups are still my favorite to this day and I have done several deals as a result of them.
