Hello bigger pockets community!
My Name is Noah Pruitt I am currently invested in North Charleston in Mount Pleasant areas for my buy and holds and am doing my first flip on james island. I am learning really quickly that it beneficial to consolidate your deals to a localized area. I am looking to take this investing to the next level and I'm interested in networking with some like-minded professionals in my area. I am a contractor and have been working in the Tri-County area for the last 11 years. I am looking to build a real estate business that is not currently fully defined. Hi @Noah Pruitt, I too am a contractor (and a Realtor) and I did a flip on James Isl last year. I live on James and am currently renovating a duplex in West Ashley that I intend to hold on to for a while. We should talk sometime (though I never seem to find any spare time these days).
