School Teacher new to real estate investing

Hi, 

I'm new here seeking to learn all I can. The teacher is now the student. I have one property and I want more. I have a duplex I paid cash for and renovated it with my own money as well. My goal is 25 properties in the next 3 years.

    You're in the right place to learn.

    I suggest listening to the podcasts and watching the webinars when they come around once a week. There is a wealth of information in those. 

    Also, probably the best resource besides the forums would be the bigger pockets books. I have most of them and love them. They break investing down into easy to understand parts. Highly recommend reading them. 

    And as always, don't be afraid to post questions on the forums if you can't find the answers in previous forum posts.
