Hello from Tulsa OK (Bixby, OK)
Hi everyone. My name is Ron Wilburn. By day, I'm a CPA. But when not at work, I enjoy real estate. I bought my first investment property in 2003 from a bank REO and rehabbed it, then refinanced and took out about $8000, then rented it out ever since. I have three kids and got busy with life and kind of got sidetracked, but now, I am ready to get focused on real estate investing. This site is really cool. I have had so many questions answered by reading articles and posts etc that I did not get answered in the books and courses that i have read. I'm looking forward to meeting some new people that are interested in real estate as well. :lol:
