Hello Community,

My Name is James Dill, and I'm a growing property investor in Minneapolis MN. My team has been running our office since April 2016. We invest in foreclosures, pre-foreclosures, wholesale, and facilitate deals as well. Our goal is to do three deals a month and do one remodel or flip every 3 months to start. And, learn, learn, learn!

We target Minneapolis and the surrounding areas basically the Hennepin, Anoka, Carver, Ramsey, Dakota, and write county areas. If you need anything please let me know. @David Barnett Thank you for reaching out to me! If you are investing in Minneapolis we may be able to help you find properties, or do flips for you.
