Hi Everyone,
My name is Nick and I'm currently staying in California for a year. I come from New Zealand and am looking to get involved in some aspect of real estate investment. I have saved for the past year working in insurance and have enough for a significant down payment, although most of my funds are not available until May. I am undecided on the type of property will be best for me. I am looking forward to getting started.
