A little bit about myself - my real estate investing career started over a decade ago as a penniless teenager, with a dream of better life. After years of saving up for a down payment, preparation met with opportunity via a bank-owned multi-family property in 2009. I lived in one unit and rented out the other. When I cashed out last year, I realized a nine-fold appreciation over six years. I'm now in real estate wholeheartedly - full time as an agent and part-time as an investor. Life is good, and I have a feeling it will only get better!
