Hi everyone I'm just joining the group. I live in Houston, TX but I have 7 rental properties in Peoria, IL. Some of my biggest challenges are financing, finding good tenants and managing the properties from 1,000 miles away. I've been doing this for 10 years now but I know I can get better.
