Joseph I just learned the low properties in Detroit this is probably a great way for the beginning investor to get their smurfy hands on. What is your take on this. I could probably revitalize this entire city with an experienced or beginning investor now once and for all.
Properties here start at around 200 bucks; what, the decent ones. May I use little johns pitched tone now to write "what; yeeookay" no boundaries, but those, I acknowledge.
