Hello everyone! I'm new to BP and I'm looking for some advice. I just purchased (paid cash) three rental properties in the Cleveland area would like to do a cash out refi when im done with the rehabs. Does anybody know of some good lenders to do a blanket loan on all three of my properties? ANY help would be appreciated!

PS. I don't know how much the appraisal will be and a lot of lenders have told me they wont do anything unless they appraise for at least 60 k a piece.
