    Great info on here!

    You are in a great area for real estate investing.  I purchased a hud property in south BR while attending LSU.  I sold for a great profit post graduation and that is what got me started in real estate investing.

    Good to have you here, @Christopher Chunn! My husband and I are realtors and investors working in Baton Rouge, Zachary and Central areas. There are so many great opportunities in Denham these days as well (just a tad bit far of a drive to make it worthwhile for us)!
