From BP lurker to BP accoumt
Hello everyone!
I just became a member of the BP family. I've been lurking and absorbing the wealth of knowledge found within this community.
I'm interested in meeting any and everyone that is involved in real estate. I stumbled upon BP in 2015 and in such a short time I feel like I have gained so much knowledge from you guys and for that I thank you.
In 2014 I bought my first property cash which I lived in and fixed up. My plan was to live in it, rent free, and save the money I had been spending on rent and use it towards my next home. once I bought another house I would rent out the first... Then repeat
In 2015, my plan sort of changed. I found out about financing strats, LLC, business credit, etc. I used what I learnt and bought my second house with a mortgage.
In 2016, I bought an 8plex and 2 duplexes.( for 160k via commercial loan with no money down)
