Hi, my name is Babs Wagner. My partner Ken Addy and I are the owners of Area Homeowner Solutions. I am a Mom (twin boys 17 and twin girls 13!) and I co-own a vending business as well.

I have been investing in real estate for the past year and a half, but I began investing full-time this past March (2009). I became interested in real estate when I read Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad. Other books, courses and seminars followed, but it wasn't until I did my first deal that it became real to me. I have enjoyed networking with other investors, working with people to help them solve their problems, and looking at properties! Our company is focusing on wholesaling properties at this time. We own two rental units and plan to acquire more.

I have been a member of Bigger Pockets for a while, but I have not utilized the site. I hope to spend more time here networking and getting deals done!
