Hello All,

Graduated from college about a year ago and now that I finally have an income i'm looking to get involved in RE. I've been reading books and posts on BiggerPockets, been listening to podcasts, and trying to wrap my head around some key concepts. I'm super excited to start diving deep into RE world here on BiggerPockets. Any and all advice is much appreciated.
