Hi Ran Tamir
We help clients buy in Columbus and we recommend investing near/in the better school districts to attract tenants with families who stay. That said, there are Class A-property school districts where you won't make much cash flow, but there are other good school districts with more of a range of cash-flowing property classes.
Give us a call if you want to discuss further and good luck!

Hi Ran! Great to see your post. There are some great up an coming areas in Columbus as well as long term steady investment opportunities. One of the areas thats really hot right now is around Children's Hospital. Old Town East is what most people are focusing on at the moment but lots of great areas and deals in Columbus that meet your criteria.

Hello Ran! As mentioned above there are plenty of great areas throughout Columbus. With that being said, we've had plenty of success in suburbs such as Grove City, Reynoldsburg and Blacklick. These areas offer pretty stable tenants while being a lower cost of entry in comparison to most of the other suburbs.

HI Anand, for any investor I always recommend getting the most units you can with each purchase. In columbus that's a 4 unit. In addition, i'd be focusing on where millennials like myself want to live and work and areas where you are seeing a lot of property growth and redevelopment. Some of those zips include 43203, 43205, and 43206. There are plenty of other great areas. make sure you talk to a lot of people. I have a lot of people approach us asking questions and the ones that stick out or that we meet with give value to us and our organization.
