Investing in Southern Maine
My wife and I are currently living in Boston, Ma and looking to relocate somewhere in commutable distance to Portland, ME. Also my wife's family lives in Cape Elizabeth, ME. We currently do not own any real estate and just starting out.
I am planning on finding a 2-4 unit multi-family home to house hack. Or I am open to the idea of finding a very good investment single family home that we can plan for forced appreciation.
