Newbie from Deerfield, MA
Hello all I am increasingly interested in real estate investing. I have read some of the books on rental investing that bigger pockets recommended. A huge roadblock I see in my near future is my age. I am 15 years old and I am considering waiting to start my real estate investing career until I am 18. I guess my real topic is what is the age limit for rental investing if there is one?

What ever the legal age in your area to sign a binding contract would be, I should think, but check that with your legal professional (I'm not one).
Yes - you'll need to start thinking in terms of a team - no one does this on their own.
You'll also need to learn do be comfortable with big numbers and learn to understand that you can NOT "save" (read: not spend) your way to wealth: you can't "save" or re-invest money you haven't made yet. Keep a lid on expenses, yes. Learn now to stop cutting corners - the "cheapest" option is not necessarily the best.
Remember also that consumers ask, "How much money will it cost?" while entrepreneurs ask, "How much money will it make?"
