Hello Bigger Pockets community my name is Rojon Garrett, I'm from Lebanon, TN, currently, a new homeowner living in Clarksville, Tn. I've been interested in REI for many years and have been infected by analysis paralysis. I'm ready to be CURED of the disease.

I currently work as an insurance agent and a minister of music at a local church. I'm very happy in my current career, but cannot deny the impact that real estate is having on my local Metro Area of Nashville, TN. My goals in real estate are to establish a solid buy and hold business to create a retirement and legacy plan for my family. I'm definitely interested in Flipping, Wholesaling, and short-term Rental markets but my focus will definitely be in holding the property for long-term growth potential.

I came to learn about BiggerPockets through Lisa Phillips and her youtube page on Affordable Real Estate Investing. I've since started to listen to every podcast since 2013 and I'm enjoying every bit of knowledge that is being thrown my way.
