@Sanj Kumar you can learn a lot from this site along with meeting good quality people. Is there still strong demand for vacant rentals in Sacramento?  have you noticed the demand stronger for certain parts of Sacramento?

Are you interested in any particular niche or class of property for investing? I’m happy to connect and grab coffee/lunch sometime if you’d like. Are you a part of any REIA groups?

@Gordon Cuffe there are areas that are hit or miss.  I generally focus on areas with good schools.  Right now, your area is doing quite well (Roseville, Auburn, Rocklin). Folsom seems to have slowed down a bit recently.  Definitely looking forward to meeting quality people and learning from the folks who are FIRE.
