Hi BP!
My name is Marc Egeland and I am brand new to real estate. I stumbled upon BP a couple of months ago soon after starting to research real estate investing online. Since then I have listened to 40+ hours of BP podcasts, read a couple books, attended a few REIA meet ups, and read who knows how many blog posts. I realize I have only just begun to scratch the surface and look forward to a lifetime of learning this exciting industry!
Though still a complete rookie, I am confident enough now to find my first deal and begin investing. I am primarily interested in multifamily rentals and BRRR investing for passive income, but am still exploring alternate cash flow opportunities. I am also interested in fix and flips, but I think that will come later with more experience.
I look forward to learning much more and networking with all of you here in the forums!
