Hello everyone! Frank Serrano here, a Software Developer looking to park his extra income in rental properties. I have lived in and around Chicago all my life and am looking to pick up some properties in the nearby suburbs. You can usually find me at the Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association meetings. (aka CAREIA) I am currently working my way up to my first deal, and look forward to learning with all of you!
How is your experience with CAREIA thus far? I'm always looking for people to network with in the Chicago area.

@Van Blackman Thanks Van! CAREIA is pretty great, I've been having a wonderful time there networking and occasionally playing Cashflow. I'd recommend stopping by when you get a chance. I'll definitely reach out to you soon with some questions about there area.
Their next event is the Member Appreciation Dinner on Nov 13th that unfortunately registration has ended, but the following event is "Play Cash Flow 101 and 202" on Nov 16th which is a free event. Come check it out, it's a great time!
