Newbie that is going to get his start in the Chicago Area
Hello everyone! Frank Serrano here, a Software Developer looking to park his extra income in rental properties. I have lived in and around Chicago all my life and am looking to pick up some properties in the nearby suburbs. You can usually find me at the Chicago Area Real Estate Investors Association meetings. (aka CAREIA) I am currently working my way up to my first deal, and look forward to learning with all of you!
