Hey @Bryan Pham, I’m looking to invest in the area that makes me the most money! Haha jokes aside, I’m from the area but I don’t know the area well in terms of the Real Estate market. I grew up on the east side, went to high school on the west side. Since then I’ve moved away.
@Bryan Pham I’m looking to own a handful of properties (single family rentals) by the time my current career is over and I head into the next chapter of my life. (Looking at at 5 yr time horizon before my career switch) As I gain more experience in the field I would like to branch out into other areas of Real Estate investing. My ultimate goal is to retire on the money I’ve grown through my Real Estate investments.
