Hello there! My name is Victoria, I just moved down to Georgia from Michigan. I currently have 2 rental properties in Michigan and I am looking to expand my empire and make this a full time gig. I am a field engineer for FCA which means I fix very hard to diagnose vehicles for a living. I love to travel and have just recently started my mission to become financially free.

I am really looking forward to learning and networking. I love to learn and I am killer when it comes to money.

    Welcome to BiggerPockets (and Georgia) Victoria! I too am from Michigan but differ only in that I 5 year plans to start investing in that market, most likely Lansing/Ingham County. I’ve been in Gwinnett County for 5 years now am am about to purchase my second investment property. Bigger national markets like Atlanta have tightened but there still deals everywhere! Good luck and happy property hunting.

    Good luck, I just jumped into it 4 months ago and purchased 4 homes. Finishing up the first one in a few weeks. A lot of opportunities out there so just research nonstop before you do anything!

    Thank you!  I'm trying to educate myself as much as possible, just seems hard to not tie up your only capital on the first shot.

    I've only been a member a few days and I am beyond amazed at the resources and networking abilities of BP. 

    More about me:

    I have an excellent job with tons of perks and benefits, so many would think I'm crazy to quit, but ,the corporate life is not for me. Having others determine my ceiling because I don't have a Master's degree is not how I want my future to be. My goal is to be a full time real estate investor. I want to master the craft of wholesaling and flipping to bring short term income as well as owner financing and rentals for the long term. I am also studying other types of investing. 

    I am so incredibly excited to become part of this community. 

    I'm eager to build on my knowledge, PM me, we can share experiences!
