Newbie looking to get into multi family investing.

Hello all,

My name is Devin Scott, originally from Indianapolis IN and now living in New Jersey, I am looking into becoming an investor in multi family homes.

Currently analyzing 2-3 deals a day just becoming more familiar with all of the terms and also looking for local meet ups to grow my circle in this business.

Goals- •Buy my first 2-4 multifamily Home in Indianapolis and house hack. • Grow portfolio and get into apartment investing! • Become financially free • Quit job and become full time Real estate investor.

@Devin Scott awsome! That’s great you are willing to out of state invest! NJ is tough and if you have the know how and where, then your already at the advantage! Good luck! I know some new investors here in N.J. that are looking into that option but unsure of the process. Good luck with your endeavor!! Although I think luck has very little to do with!

I was studying there. I was there from 1993 to 95. After that so I moved to the East Coast. I'm originally from England and that was the first place in the US that I lived.
