Hello BP members,

My name is Pablo Guzman and I live in Beverly Hills, CA. I have been part of large real estate syndications, most recently in the mobile home sector, and am now looking to expand to out of state multifamily. Especially interested in seeing how other members in Southern California or other high real estate markets are navigating out of state deals. I'm excited to join the community!

Welcome Pablo! There's a great meetup the 2nd Saturday of every month in Santa Monica, 11am at The UnUrban Coffee House, that is super casual and lots of out-of-state investors there. If you're interested in networking with people doing similar things.
I haven't done MFRs out-of-state but done plenty of SFRs. But I've always done turnkey, but lots of folks at the meetup do it non-turnkey.

Sounds good! I've had a hard time making the last couple, and may not be able to make April or May, but trying to get back to it.

Welcome Pablo! Good to see a fellow investor out of Southern California. I personally am looking to build up more rental properties in Ohio currently. In general, the most important part of out of state investing is having a strong core team out there.
