Newbie from the Bronx looking to invest in PA
My name is Manny Salce and I’m very interested in real estate investing! I initially was interested in house hacking, in the Bronx, NY where I currently reside but potential ROI is currently not worthwhile. I looked around the tristate area and I’m currently searching for properties in PA. I love the podcast so I want to give the forums a try.

If you are looking for buy and hold deals in PA, I would recommend looking at Multi family units in Philly and the surrounding area- Norristown, Germantown, Port Richmond and parts of West Kensington. There are also some parts of Northeast Philly that I usually look at (for cash flow, not appreciation.
