Real Newbie from Philly
Greetings!
I'm a complete newbie interested in slowly obtaining long term properties to rent out and supplement my income when I ultimately retire (in around 20 years). I'm a physician full time (working ALOT of hours) and love my job, so I am interested in doing this on a part time basis. I love helping people and plan to use knowledge gained to teach future REI. I live in the Philadelphia region and am interested in the suburbs, but I lived in Miami for more than 10 years and am interested in this area as well. I am looking forward to meeting and interacting with everyone.
