Newbie from Sunny Southern California
Hey everyone, my name is Jared and I'm currently living in sunny San Diego, CA. I'm relatively new to the Bigger Pockets community but I've been a Bigger Pockets fan since the time I listened to my first podcast a couple months ago. Since then, I've been educating myself with real estate in general and have narrowed my interests to buy and hold multifamily rental properties. The goal is to use real estate as a vehicle to achieve financial independence!
A little more about myself - I've been in San Diego since 2011, graduated from UC San Diego, and now work for a large commercial General Contractor. I love being outside, taking advantage of living near the ocean by surfing whenever I can, and learning about this new world of real estate.
