I have been in business for about 6 months now. I simply love it. A lot of people don't realize they can cash out their note. I am with a team of investors. Are you a realtor or investor?

Susan - we get so many people who do a "pump and dump" with their real estate promotion that the others here try to protect the forums. That is what it looks like noobdog was doing - it was in response to your initial post. No need to get bent out of shape.

You will definitely come to appreciate this forum for the "quality of knowledge" that it offers. I personally am very fond of it because they have very defined guidelines which keeps BP having a thriving atmosphere.
I certainly can appreciate keeping everyone in check with the guidelines. shows the integrity of this forum.
