Hey folks!
I'm Patrick Booth, a devop from Glastonbury, Connecticut (near Hartford), here with a long overdue introduction. I created an account on BP a couple years ago while I was looking for a property manager for my house-hacked condo. I poked around in the background reading awesome posts for all you lovely folks, and listening to the great podcast! Since then I got engaged, moved in with my fiancee, and looking for that next deal to keep on with my buy-and-hold goals.
Thank you all for contributing as much as you do! I'm looking forward to contributing a bit back as I learn more along the way. :)

Let me know if you'd like to connect, always looking to build and develop a sense of 'community'. I just rented out my SFH in Glastonbury and am currently looking for a multi to move into/house hack while I do the value add myself.
Thanks Mike! Yeah, southern New England not getting too much love around these parts. Maybe it's not as lucrative as what you hear about on the podcasts, but I believe there are deals to be found. At least for now, I'll stick to what I know, my own backyard.
I've based my focus in East Hartford, Manchester, Willimantic, Mansfield, and of course Glastonbury... though you gotta be quick, lucky, or both to find a deal in my hometown. :)

This is a great place to learn and network. A lot of forum members are very knowledgeable in their respective fields related to real estate investing, whether that is real estate sales, wholesaling, flipping, rentals, lending, self-directed IRA and Solo 401k investing, or tax and legal guidance.
