New to San Francisco Looking to exchange my time for knowledge

Hi,

I just moved to SF from the east bay. I have over five years of heavy civil engineering project management experience. I am looking to invest in the area if possible but would like to partner up with somebody that needs a project manager to help them with their investments. I have time after work and I am looking to trade time and work for knowledge. I also have a civil engineering degree and looking to get my PE in construction.
