Jay here from Brooksville FL! wholesaling and multi unit newbie
I've been getting so frustrated with this because I've tried dozens of times to post and it hasn't worked bc of some glitch...
But hey everybody!!!! My name is Jay and I'm here in Brooksville Florida! I've been studying real estate for years now and am looking to take the next step and put all my planning into action! My busy life has caused me to become complacent in my RE endeavors but no excuses! I want a better life for myself and my family and plan to achieve it!! since my funds at the moment are limited I am looking to break out into RE with wholesaling and eventually move on multifamily housing. I've read numerous books and all of Brandon Turners books...this guy has inspired me so much which is why I am here! I'm open to any tips or advice you may have and look forward to meeting and networking with all of you! thanks.for taking the time.to read my intro!
