New real estate agent in Pittsburgh, PA

Hi I am Adam Gleve and I have spent most of my life in Pittsburgh.   I grew up in the South Hills (Mt Lebanon) and then moved to New Mexico for school but moved back because I love this city.     I've been in retail management for the last 16 years and now am trying to get into the world of real estate.   

I just got my real estate license and am trying to close my first deal.   I am working on gaining knowledge forming my own real estate team.

I also recently just bought my current house with an FHA loan and rented out my old one. I would like to buy another property within the next year. And more after that!

Would love to buy somebody from BP a coffee to connect talk about real estate!

    Congrats Adam! Welcome to real estate!! Pittsburgh is a great city to learn in. If you haven't already, make sure you join facebook groups for investments and if you can, go to the investors REIA groups! Enjoy!!

    @Adam Gleve, I am pretty much a NOOB investor, so I don't want to represent myself as anything I am not. But I think the 28 Corridor represents a good appreciation play. It has been under developed and yet has easy access to Pittsburgh down 28. If you are looking to become a Realtor for investors, it might be worth doing a little digging on deals this direction.

    What kind of clientele or focus do you want to develop?

    I am trying to learn about all areas around Pittsburgh ... I've currently been showing an buyer investor foreclosures in Washington and I don't know that part of town at all .... my company has me working with a team that has me working primarily with investors who do flips or buy and holds.   That's what I've been doing .... I am just trying to get stronger at this everyday
