Places to share real estate leads Seattle area

Hi my name is Aaron I have been living in the Washington area for 5 years now. I bought my home about two years ago and I understand my local economy pretty well. However, I do not have the capital right now for some of the leads I find. I have few right now that would like to share but I would like to find the proper setting. Does anyone have a suggestion?

The "Marketplace" here on BP is one option. If you attend a local REIA meeting you'll likely find some takers as well. Are you looking to wholesale, or just pass on the deals? I'm in WA myself, and may have interest depending on the area. Some wholesalers get lists of potential buyers by skimming the sales or tax records to find non-owner occupied properties and thus track down the (higher likelihood investor) owners that way. Good luck! And feel free to contact me directly to talk about your leads.

Thank you Jim for the advice, I will keep that in mind as I go forward. I'm hoping to make a little money if a deal were to go through to help me get into a deal of my own. Or possible workout a partnership. I do have other skills that could be useful when acquiring a new place.

However, the deal I am most interested in is a multi unit in the Kitsap area. I think there lots of benfits that people don't realize about investing in this area. Let me know if you would like to know more.
