Hello Everyone, 

I recently moved to FL from NY and looking to purchase a property in one of the areas mentioned in the subject line above. I've been doing plenty of research and learning the basics of Florida real estate. What are your thoughts on these areas (Kissimmee/Davenport/Champions Gate/Four Corners) for buy and hold single family.
