My friend and I are looking for multifamily investment properties in San Antonio, TX area.
But first, we need to find a real estate agent that we can trust.
Maybe you can recommend someone with great negotiation skills?
Who would tell us whether a certain investment property is worth its price or not?
Who has huge network and would be able to recommend mortgage brokers, appraisers, real estate attorneys, etc.
Are there any other certain criteria we should look for?
