Hi All,
I'm Greg and I am a new investor from Chino Hills, CA. I have been on this site for the past several months, but realized I never introduced myself. My focus is buy and hold in Indianapolis and I currently own two duplexes out there and just closed on the second one this week. My goal is to continue to grow my portfolio using the BRRRR strategy on small multifamily and possibly single family over the next few years, then eventually move into apartment complexes.
I look forward to connecting with other members here and being active in the forums.

Welcome! Congratulations! Any particular area in Indy you are specifically interested in? Property is cheap on the near West side and I have heard many investors are expecting the stringtown/haughville area to be PRIME as iupui is growing rapidly and the revitalization is moving towards the IMS TRACK.

@Adam Reyher I haven't narrowed down on a particular location yet, however, one of the areas I have been looking into is the near Westside as that is near where my most recent purchase is. I have also heard some of the same expectations about that area.
