Hello Tim! The first thing I'd do is say my experience or willingness/ability to do what? The next things I'd do is learn how what you want to do, learn how to raise money, and how to form a Partnership where you have control. Education and how to read a financial statement and knowing what to ask the seller are all important. Keep the prospects needs as number one, not you. Be a good listener and do not be too product oriented. The best places to go to and possibly meet one are local RE Clubs and RE Seminars that are not just sales gimmicks. Good luck!
