I'm a new investor looking meet with real estate agents who are involved with flipping houses in the Triangle area in NC.

    Hello @Zaid Waheed, are you already flipping properties in the Triangle, or seeking to get started? And do you only seek to flip, or are you also interested in buy and hold as rentals?

    Hi Jonathan,

    That's correct. I am new to real estate investing and am seeking to get started. I want to start out flipping,  but ultimately buy and hold properties.
