Hello from New Orleans/San Juan.

I’m just getting started on my real estate journey and wanted to make a little introduction.
I’ve been listening to the podcast and lurking in the forums for a few months.
I was born and raised in New Orleans and recently made the decision to move down to Puerto Rico.
I currently own a small fabrication business in NOLA and after seeing the majority of my customers kill it in real estate investing over the years, I’ve decided to take the leap.
I’ve been working on building credit, sorting out my taxes, and organizing my business and finances so I can obtain a mortgage in the next couple months.
I’m very excited to learn from all of you as I build my portfolio of real estate!
