Hey there fellow rider,
2005 Yamaha FJR 1300 here, Like to cruise sometimes to my OPen Houses. I have investors who only buy in L.A. County, Cash at the courthouse, rehabb then flip. I do everything from the scouting to the eviction, rehabb and flip. Last week, One investor wanted to try to sell the house we bought for him on his own. Well now he calls me and says the appraisal is too low and the buyers agent submitted the case to FHA so now its tied up for $42,000 less than the contract price. This guy really effed up, Pays to know and trust a broker. I am looking for a solution here to try to help him since I know he has learned his lesson. Any suggestions would be appreciated like maybe challenging the Appraisal some way. :roll: DR
