Hello everybody!
My name is Giedrius and I am from Klaipeda, Lithuania.
6 months ago I found the idea of investing in real estate and I am working towards that since then. I found Bigger Pockets through the podcasts and it became a part of my morning ritual:) My eyes are on rental properties. In Lithuania, single houses and multifamily houses are not very popular so I am focused on condos - the most popular type of property here. My biggest challenge now is to find a professional broker and rental property manager that could help me to understand the needs of a market and to help with the inputs for my calculations.
