Hello all,
I'm excited to be here and thrilled at the energy this site has. It's incredible. I'm a new real estate investor from the Dallas Ft. Worth area. I would love to connect with everyone from the area. It's such a great market with all the transplants moving here (which is likely why it seems challenging to find good deals). I'm particularly interested in SFR and small MFR in a buy and hold strategy.
