new looking for guidance
Been part of the site for a while and was doing wholesaling but don't think i like it. Looking into hard money lenders and trying to flip some properties but may need some kind of mentor to fully understand everything. I currently work in purchasing for John Hopkins University in Baltimore,Md. Any help would be appreciated thanks
