Hello all. Hope everybody is well. I am brand new to all of these arena but have been doing my hoping to get my feet wet. I have started to attend a few local REI meetups. I am planning to start by wholesaling to learn a few things to build up my knowledge. Just hoping not to get stuck in the analysis paralysis stage. Any and all advie is appreciated. Looking forward to connecting and working along side a few of you hopefully soon.

Welcome to investing! It is a awesome business to be in. I am just starting out myself and love it so far. That being said it has been tough getting my first deals but with enough persistence you can anything done. My advice for not getting caught up in analysis paralysis is make sure you learn one skill very well and get to master the concept, once you understand the ends and outs of the skill , it will become a lot easier to spot the opportunity when it comes to use it.
