Hi BP Community!

I've beyond excited to start my investing career. I grew up in the southern NH area, and graduated from WPI with a degree in industrial engineering 4 years ago. I knew for years that real estate was the path towards financial freedom, but I was never in a spot financially to pull the trigger. I was introduced to BP about 1 month ago and I've been hooked ever since. Listening to podcast and looking back, I realized I could have been more creative :)

On a side note...It's breath taking to find a highly-valuable podcast that you enjoy and then later realize there is 5+ years of backlog material. So needless to say I've been listening to hours of episodes everyday since. I learn best by immersing myself in content and in a community. 

I'm here to connect with anyone in the southern NH/Boston area. I'm at a point financially where I can start leveraging my savings to build my future as I see it. And I believe real estate is the key. If anyone is in the area, feel free to DM me!

Hi and welcome, Julian.  I'm also a new investor in the Southern NH area and plan on doing my first real estate investment moves in the next few months this year.  If you haven't already, you should think about attending the local NHREIA meeting.  I joined a couple months ago and it's a great way to network with other investors.  The meetings are always on the second Wednesday of each month.
