I’m seeking any professional and/or legal information on forming a Real Estate Wholesaling Contract with Doctrine of Equitable Conversion based in Pennsylvania and New York State. I’m seeking advice that can help me form a contract that is in basic comprehensive layman terms. Do's and Don'ts? Hints? Website links? Literal terminology? Any advice at all will be much appreciated.
